New Feature Release – Multi-Column Sorting with Priority Indicators

We’re excited to announce support for multi-column sorting in AG Grid on IgniteDemand dashboards. This enhancement gives users more flexibility when analyzing tabular data across accounts, leads, and campaigns.

What’s New?

Shift+Click Multi-Column Sorting

• Users can now hold Shift and click multiple column headers to apply layered sorting logic.
• Example: Sort by Last Name, then Title, then Company.

Sort Priority Indicators

• Column headers now display a small numeric badge (1, 2, 3, …) to show the order of sorting precedence.
• This provides greater transparency over how data is ordered.

Consistent Experience Across Tables

• Whether viewing leads, engagement, or account summaries, this behavior is now standardized across all sortable tables. This update improves how users navigate large datasets and fine-tune views based on multiple attributes, making it easier to spot trends, exceptions, and opportunities at a glance.

No configuration is needed; this feature is available now. Just hold Shift while clicking to get started!
